A blend of four different Japanese whiskies aged for at least eight years and distilled with water from Mount Fuji, which inspired this whisky's name as Shinju means 'Pearl'.
Nose: Apricot, waxy lemon peel, toasted oak, and a dusting of cocoa.
Palate: Orange marmalade, dark chocolate, toffee, and some floral notes emerge on the palate.
Finish: Fresh apple and vanilla linger.
