Description
This splendid French single malt is distilled at the Vercors Distillery, which is nestled beneath a 200 year old sequoia tree in the valleys below the Vercors Massif. Produced from French, organically grown barley, this is the very first single malt release from the distillery, and it certainly makes a good first impression!
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Bright apples and pears, with a touch of apricot and peach too, creamy vanilla, and a hint of cut grass.
Palate
Floral barley with a nicely rounded balance of vanilla, toasted oak, and juicy fruit.
Finish
Honeyed fruits, malt loaf, macadamia nuts, woody spice.
