Single Malt

An incredibly rare single malt from the Ladyburn distillery in the Lowlands (which is now closed). This Rare Ayrshire was distilled on the 21st February 1975 and aged for 34 years in bourbon barrel number 558 before bottling on the 2nd March 2009. A release of 166 bottles.
Very malty indeed, aniseed, rice pudding.
Creamy with gorgeous allspice, Bramley apple peel and Demerara sugar notes.
Dried fruits, some spice and gentle oak that doesn't even think about overpowering.
