Palate Rich and beautifully balanced. There’s a herbal side, with suggestions of Chinese flavours such as hoi sin and black bean sauce. This marries well with the grape-like sweetness, and hints of plum tart. Picks up savoury spices/cardamom with a little black coffee.
Finish The more savoury/bitter notes develop on the finish, making it thoroughly interesting with plenty of herbal complexity.
