A cask strength Clynelish, bottled by Gordon and MacPhail. This was matured in refill sherry casks and the bottlers describe it as being "Fresh with classic Highland style".
Lots of barley malt, quite sweet with hints of the coast. Banana skins, hints of rum, tropical fruit, vanilla.
Malty and rich with thick notes of custard, almost a hint of licorice,, a touch of smoke, silky and then nutty.
