A 12 year old from the Aultmore distillery, bottled under Ian MacLeod's Dun Bheagan label. This was distilled in May of 1997, and aged in a sherry butt (cask number 90501) before bottling as part of a release of 810 bottles. Bottled in 2009.
Christmas spices, tangy berries, pebbles on a beach, sticky toffee pudding.
Thick and gooey with sweet spices, gingernut biscuits, blossom, oak, fruit.
Sponge cake, molasses, digestive biscuits.
