Description

The fourth whisky release from Scilly Spirit Distillery, makers of the first whisky produced on the Isles of Scilly. Made entirely on St Mary’s, this single malt matured in a 200-litre rum oak cask before being bottled at 46% ABV.

Nose

Runny honey and ripe pear, with toasted oak and a touch of sea air.

Palate

Caramelised pear, warming spice, dry wood and a lightly cigar-like note. A gentle salty edge keeps things fresh.

Finish

Warming, with spice, dry oak, honeyed sweetness and lingering coastal character.
