Description

Scapa 21 Year Old is the oldest in the core range from the Orkney distillery, matured for 21 years in first-fill American oak. The single malt balances tropical fruit with distillery character and was bottled at a cask strength of 52.9% ABV, non-chill filtered.

Nose

Apricot jam, raspberry and banana cream, with nutmeg and oak.

Palate

Peach and mango wrapped in vanilla cream, shortbread and cardamom.

Finish

Sweet and syrupy, with tropical fruit and spice.
