Sanmi-Ittai Single Cask #55009 - Yumitori-Shiki 70cl Whisky

Part of the Sanmi-Ittai Trinitas No.2 collection from indie bottler Jack Tar. The series features blended Japanese malt drawn from two single sherry casks, sourced from previous owners of the now-closed Hanyu distillery, Toashuzo Co. There are three label designs for each cask, resulting in a total of six chapters. This one is labelled Yumitori-Shiki, which is the Japanese name for the bow-twirling ritual that's performed at the end of each day's sumo tournament.
