Sanmi-Ittai Single Cask #55008 - Bushi 70cl Whisky

The Sanmi-Ittai Trinitas No.2 collection from indie bottler Jack Tar comprises six different bottlings of Japanese blended malt whisky, drawn from a pair of sherry casks. The casks were sourced from Toashuzo Co., the former owner of the now-closed Hanyu distillery. There are three different label designs for each cask, and this one is named Bushi after those who traditionally carried a sword, and fought for a living.
