The Horizon is a 10 year old blended Irish whiskey from the Sailor's Home range, initially matured in bourbon casks, before being treated to a finishing period in Barbados rums casks. Packed full of vanilla and vibrant fruit fruit notes, this one.

Nose
Apricot, vanilla pod, banana muffin and clove.
Palate
Layers of honey and pineapple, joined by a touch of pink peppercorn.
Finish
Fruit tea, toasted crumpets and brown sugar.
