Sailor's Home Caravelle 10 Year Old
Part of The Islands Series from Sailor's Home, Caravelle is a 10 year old Irish whiskey made from malt and grain, initially aged in bourbon casks before being finished in rhum agricole casks from Martinique. This has imparted some vibrant notes of fruit and sweet sugar to the flavour profile, making for a delicious post-dinner treat.

Nose
Toasted brown sugar, pineapple, warm malt.
Palate
Tangy orange notes up front, supported by creamy oak and earthy liquorice.
Finish
Banana fritters and grassy barley.
