Description

French peated whisky anyone? From Rozelieures' Tourbé Collection comes a single malt distilled from malt peated to 30ppm and matured in bourbon barrels and virgin oak, after working with French cooper Francisco Loureiro.

Nose

Woodsmoke leads with apple turnover, Shreddies, and ginger in support.

Palate

Very chocolately with sea salt, raisin, treacle tart, and fresh herbs.

Finish

Bonfire embers linger with citrus zest.
