Rozelieures Subtil Collection
Rozelieures may be best known for its variety of peated expressions but Subtil is its first unpeated whisky. The family-owned company matures its weighty single malt, heavily influenced by the squat Charentais stills, in new French oak casks as well as Cognac and bourbon casks.

Nose
Creamy vanilla, acacia honey, orchard fruit, oak char, and golden barley.
Palate
Conference pear, quince jam, oak spices, and caramel.
Finish
Full-bodied and sweet.
