Rozelieures Rare Collection
A gently-peated French single malt from Rozelieures, distilled from barley harvested from the distillery's own land in south west France. Rare Collection is matured in a trio of sherry, Cognac, and sweet wine casks, giving it a fruity, honeyed flavour profile to balance the delicate smoke.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Tinned pears, floral honey, marmalade, and mixed nuts.
Palate
Candied peels, toasted malt, chewy dried fruits, and wood smoke.
Finish
Wisps of smoke linger, alongside blackberry jam on toast.
