I had intended ordering 50,00 bottles for the Embassy. That was untill I tasted the gut rot.
Bought this for a special occasion to share with family. We're not serious scotch drinkers by any stretch of the imagination, but we all relaxed immediately after the pour. Our conversation turned to how how smooth and pleasant this scotch was, and how much we enjoyed it. While the initial intent was to have one celebratory drink and put it away for a later occasion, we couldn't resist a second pour. We all thought the nose was sweet with hints of floral and honey, and the experience was smooth from start to finish. It lasted a good long time on the palette, as well. A MUCH better experience than what I had with a previous bottle of Johnny Walker Blue.

I'm now on my 4th flagon of R.S. Maroon, green, blue and now another maroon. It's my down time treat, only 2-3 times a year. My dear wife buys me a new one on special occasions.
