Rowan's Creek is a small batch bourbon from Kentucky Bourbon Distillers Co. This has a very smooth, rounded character with lovely spicy, fruity flavours.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose Hints of fruit and oak. Allspice and zest.

Palate Citrus on the palate, with crème caramel, vanilla fudge and toasty oak. Good body, with an oily mouth-feel.

Finish Long finish. Caramel again, with barrel char on the tail.

An eloquent embrace from a voluptuous aquaintance.
Deep and long. A substantive bourbon that encapsulates your tongue with heavy vanilla and creamy undertones. It has a gentle thump to its delivery. Leather on willow. An English summer with a whaft of the vicars barbecue edging over the hedge. Consumed in the eclectic delight of the restrained encasement of Rickhouse on Bush and Kearney in Sam Fran. Go ahead, dive in to a dollop of deep, warm nectar. No edge, no pretence , just a blanket of warm moist reassurance . Worth every penny.

easy to drink
Tastes like an expensive JD to me. I love it neat. Sorry, I'm no good at giving tasting notes..! maybe a slight tannin-type aftertaste...? Very nice.

Very good and satisfying bourbon
I like this gem and clearly favourize it over also very popular Elijah Craig 12. Doesnt disappoint and have no nasty bitter edges. Notes of maple syrup and full-bodied. Really fine stuff!
