Description
The Ross & Squibb distillery started producing rye whiskey back in 1847, helping put its hometown, Lawrenceburg on the map as America's rye whiskey capital. Here we have a five-year-old straight rye whiskey that boasts generous helpings of stone fruit, charred oak, and crisp rye spice.

Nose
Butterscotch, burnt sugar, stone fruit, dried spices.
Palate
Apples, cinnamon, butterscotch, smoked oak and pepper.
Finish
Crisp rye for the finish, with caramel, vanilla, and nutmeg.
