Description

This bourbon from Remus boasts an exceedingly high rye content, with an impressive mash bill of 51% corn, 39% rye, and 10% malted rye! The whiskey aged for six years before bottling, it's a robust and characterful sipper, brimming with candied fruits, cinnamon warmth, and leathery oak.

Nose

Syrupy fruit and maple join waves of charred oak and vanilla, polished leather, cinnamon, and a touch of menthol.

Palate

Rich layers of candied orange and stone fruit, fudge, and a touch of vanilla cream are backed by spiced sultanas, caramel, and dried herbs.

Finish

Warm notes of cinnamon and nutmeg, spiced fruit, and a touch of tobacco.
