Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

The nose is quite subdued at first with a development of fruit. Apples and pears, Calvados and cut hay, citrus rises with lime juice and the zest thereof, notes of crisp, clean acidity. The palate is rich, yet fresh. Notes of Limoncello and lemon peel, sugared peels and dried fruits with pink grapefruit and mandarin. The finish is quite long and tangy with citrus zest in abundance.
