A rather wonderful single malt from Rosebank right here – not something you come across too often these days! Distilled in 1991 – just two years before Rosebank sadly shut down its stills in 1993. The whisky was filled into a pair of bourbon barrels, where it remained for 13 years until those clever folks at Signatory bottled it up in 2004. 636 bottles were produced.
