Palate Floral honey poured over fresh butter croissants. Hints of vegetal earthiness, along with plenty of fresh ripe fruit, apples, plums and soaked sultanas.
Finish Oak spice, vanilla, and a peppery prickle, hints of cinnamon, anise and cardamom.
