Figs, nuts, dry spices. Then big oak, hints of peppermint, butterscotch and black pepper.
Cocoa, rye spices, buttery toffee, tangy, puckering rye and oak interplay. Sour fruit too.
Walnut, honey, vanilla, toffee, anise, mint, spices.
Incredible. So much character.
I would never drink Whiskey.. but my friend introduced me to this Rock Hill Farms ... very tasty..just a little dab'll do ya..good
