Sourced from Bodegas Quitapenas, these casks impart a distinctly floral and fruit-driven influence that complements Redbreast’s rich, spiced core beautifully. It is a thoughtful, well-judged finish that expands the distillery’s sherried vocabulary rather than overwhelming it.
