Redbreast Missouri Oak Edition finishes classic single pot still whiskey in virgin Missouri oak sourced from the Ozark Forest. Matured initially in a combination of sherry and bourbon casks, the whiskey then spends ten months soaking up fresh oak influence, adding spice, structure and sweetness.
