Very well-aged single pot still Irish whiskey from Redbreast, initially bottled exclusively for the Midleton and Bow St. distilleries. Matured entirely in a single sherry cask selected by master blender Billy Leighton himself, just 552 bottles were released at a generous 60.3% ABV.
