Redbreast 19 Year Old 1998 Single Cask
A single cask bottling of 19 year old Redbreast Irish single pot still whiskey, distilled in 1998 and finished in an Oloroso sherry cask. It was bottled for La Maison du Whisky with an outturn of 648 cask strength bottles. This will undoubtedly be thoroughly enjoyable.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Thyme honey, sultana, cigar box and a touch of fresh citrus.
Palate
Creamy chocolate sauce, grapefruit, cinnamon buns, oily walnut and sugared almond.
Finish
Tobacco, old oak, a hint of floral grain followed by juicy raspberry.
