An uncut, unfiltered barrel proof bourbon built from a deliberate blend of rye and wheated bourbons sourced from three respected producers. The backbone comes from Bardstown Bourbon Co. with a classic low-rye bourbon mashbill of 78% corn, 10% rye, and 12% malted barley. That’s joined by a Tennessee distilling partner bourbon made with 80% corn, 10% rye, and 10% malted barley, before Finger Lakes Distilling brings a wheated counterpoint with a mashbill of 70% local corn, 20% red winter wheat, and 10% malted barley. Bottled straight from the barrel with no filtration, this four-grain bourbon is big, layered, and unapologetically indulgent.
