Pursuit Double Oak Rye
A bold, flavour-packed rye whiskey built on the same base as Pursuit United Rye, this Double Oaked edition goes a step further. It’s a blend of straight rye whiskeys from two states, featuring three mashbills:
Bardstown Bourbon Co. – 95% rye, 5% malted barley
Sagamore Spirit A – 95% rye, 5% malted barley
Sagamore Spirit B – 52% rye, 43% corn, 5% malted barley
After blending, the whiskey undergoes secondary maturation in lightly toasted, heavily charred French oak, adding bold depth and oak-driven richness. The result is a dark mahogany dram that tastes like a rye three times its age, brimming with fruit, spice, and texture.

Nose
Freshly baked cherry pie, cranberry brightness, and baking spice warmth from cardamom and nutmeg.
Palate
Buttery brown sugar crumble, tart cherry, and jammy berries with a dusting of oak char.
Finish
Cherry pipe tobacco, toasted oak, and soft, lingering warmth.
