Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: The nose has a musty quality, but hazelnuts, toffee chunks and oak spices provide clarity. A little parsley adds further depth.

Palate: Tangerine notes and citrus zest emerge with zeal, as dry hay and plenty of oak take hold of the backdrop.

Finish: Burning seaweed and dry woods define a complex and bitter finish.
