One of the best Irish whiskeys around great taste and smooth worth a try any day

Best reasonably priced Irish Whiskey
I tried this about 5 years ago and wasn’t too impressed but I was new to whiskey then. Since I have went from liking very mellow Irish and Japanese whiskeys to discovering the likes of Red Breast my favourite before this. The only other whiskey I would say I prefer over this is Midleton Barry Croket but that’s 3 times the price.
I am no whiskey connoisseur but to me it’s fruity vanilla to the nose then warming to taste with a lingering spice.
Definitely one of my favourites but much more body and spice to so it if you are new to whiskey as I was it might not be a instant match

Impressive....!!
My first tasting of this particular Powers and it has really impressed me. Not at all what I expected. Smooth and creamy and very easy to drink. I would recommend that any Irish whiskey can give this one a go.

Incredibly strong taste and very smooth as well
I'm a big fan of redbreast cask strength which is incredible. This is either second of joint second will yellow spot.
This whiskey has a really strong taste and yet it really is incredibly good. The after taste is particularly good. Definitely try it late at night.
Just one last thing. Powers... I'm Irish. I was never a fan of your standard whiskey (sorry). But top marks for this. Keep pushing, dreaming and creating. Powers John Lane is one of the reasons I have become so proud of Irish whiskeys again.
