An impressive old single grain Scotch whisky from Port Dundas, brought to us by independent bottler Signatory as part of its Cask Strength Collection. Distilled in 1995, the whisky matured in a single bourbon hogshead for 29 years until it was bottled at cask strength in 2024. A release of 223 bottles, without added colour or chill filtration.
