Sherry

Gone but not forgotten. Port Dundas once dominated Glasgow’s skyline and Scotland’s blending scene – until the stills fell silent in 2011. This 26-year-old single grain is a rare survivor, drawn from a single bourbon hogshead and bottled at cask strength. Sweet, creamy, and unapologetically nostalgic. Only 200 bottles captured.
Buttercream icing, apricot jelly, vanilla pod.
Sweet popcorn, banana custard, toffee fudge, a touch of oak.
Mellow cereal, soft spice, toasted marshmallow.
