Nose Sticky ginger cake, baking spices, juicy sultanas, and a touch of treacle.

Palate Dark chocolate and fruit cake open the way, with dried tropical fruits and candied citrus in tow.

Finish Waves of creamy caramel, syrupy sponge, and a touch of peppery old oak.
