Part four of the Islay Sponge series from Decadent Drinks is a 20-year-old peaty Port Charlotte single malt from Bruichladdich. Distilled in 2003, the whisky spent its time maturing in a refill hogshead, allowing all its pungent peat and juicy, funky barley to shine.
