Description

Speyside's Pittyvaich distillery opened in 1975 and only operated for a short period before it closed, and was finally demolished a decade later in 2003. It's always exciting to see surviving bottlings, and this 1977 vintage single malt joins the collection from indie bottler Cadenhead's, bottled in the 1990s at 55.8% ABV for its Cask Strength collection.

This bottle was part of a private collection - if you'd like more detailed photos just get in touch!
