Palate Dense layers of peppery oak and herbaceous peat coat the palate, with earthen smoke and charcoal embers joined by singed herbs, and beneath, a touch of toasted vanilla and crumbly fudge.
Finish Hefty oak char, meaty malt, and vegetal, pungent peat remain, with charred apricots, more vanilla, and sprinkles of white pepper and cinnamon bringing a comforting warmth.
