A four-grain straight bourbon designed by Penelope for balance, approachability and versatility. Aged between four and six years, bottled at 47.5% ABV (95 proof) and non-chill filtered, this wheated bourbon delivers sweetness without flab and spice without aggression. Easy to sip, happy in a cocktail, and refreshingly honest about what it is.
