Distilled on the Faraday Still and bottled at 46% ABV, it balances delicate smoke with Penderyn’s hallmark fruitiness. Matured to highlight sweet peat and gentle spice, it captures the coastal and autumnal character of North Wales.
Autumn leaves, orchard fruit, and soft wood smoke with creamy undertones and toasted bread.
Sweet, gentle peat alongside vanilla cream, baking apples, and sugared pancakes with a touch of pepper and clove.
Warming, soft peat lingers with barley sweetness.
