Description

A milestone for Welsh whisky, this long matured Penderyn was aged in a second-fill bourbon cask. A total of 21 years of maturation allows the distillery character — fruit, creaminess, and finesse — to shine, with subtle oak influence adding depth rather than dominance.

Nose

Delicate yet layered; honey, vanilla, and tropical fruit — apricot, pear and green apple — with hints of coconut cream and light oak spice.

Palate

Silky and refined. Layers of honeyed malt, citrus zest, and gentle spice. Notes of vanilla cream, mango, and soft oak tannin add depth and balance.

Finish

Long and elegant with lingering honey, apple peel. Soft oak spice fade into a delicate vanilla and citrus echo.
