A limited edition expression from Peg Whisky, this blended Scotch whisky from the Small Batch Exclusive range shows off plenty of vanilla and honey notes. Only 3,000 bottled of Series 1 have been released, bottled up at 46% ABV with no chill-filtration.
Chocolate orange, vanilla pod and some floral malt.
Biscuit dough, chocolate once again, growing hints of anise and nutmeg.
Lingering baking spice warmth.
I am not a whisky drinker usually but when I first tried this limited edition I was blown away. The taste was so smooth and elegant. I couldn't recommend it enough for anyone who was wanting to try quality whisky!
Very good drink and has a nice sweet finish but not too much. Can have with everyone around for all sorts ages. I would definitely recommend as it’s goes great with a session
Picked this up at Christmas as a present to myself as I love trying new independent products rather than mass scale blandness Was really surprised very smooth, great on its own, with ice, a simple mixer or as a cocktail Even tried it as an old fashioned instead of a small batch bourbon and it was great Well impressed thanks for nothing Peg you’ve ruined my dry January ?
I was given this as a Christmas present. I really enjoyed it, you can taste the creamy toffee notes. Something to keep as part of my collection. Will buy it for myself next time.
WOW! I've never heard of Peg Whisky before until recently. Checked the story out and its fascinating. This dram is a new daily for me heading into the new year. The nose reminds me of very citrus like notes such as lemon and orange. On the palate it has fudge notes and the finish is very long and brings out a lot of floral notes. VERY IMPRESSED!
