The barrels used for this 13 year old straight wheat whiskey come from the very first run of what would later become Bernheim Original, one of the only other straight wheat whiskeys around. The extra time in oak has given the whiskey further depth and complexity, making this one to sip and savour. It's been bottled at cask strength without chill-filtration so you can experience the full flavour profile of this intriguing expression.
