The Orkney distillery presents Rysa, a blended malt Scotch whisky combining spirit from a host of top distilleries, including on Orkney. Lightly peated for a bold but balanced profile, Rysa is the name of an uninhabited Orkney island.

Nose

Whisps of smoke, plump raisins, oak char, and leather.

Palate

Balanced peat, burnt sugar, vanilla, creamy malt, and a touch of spice.

Finish

Sultanas and dried berries, peppery warmth, delicate smoke.
