Matured for a generous eight years, this straight bourbon was treated to a finish in an oloroso sherry cask, bringing decadent layers of dried fruits and nuts to the toasted oak, caramel, and vanilla at its heart. A release of 609 bottles at a hearty 53.5% ABV (aka 107 proof).
