Nose
Vanilla fudge, caramelised sugar, toasted oak, sweet corn, cinnamon sticks, and a hint of cherry syrup.
Palate
Thick toffee, maple syrup, baked apple, nutmeg, clove, and buttery oak, with a warming alcohol glow.
Finish
Long and satisfying, lingering with vanilla pod, brown sugar, oak spice, and a touch of cocoa powder dryness.
