Built from five Speyside distillates, including weightier worm tub styles, this one is engineered to handle serious sherry influence without collapsing into syrup. Four butts and two hogsheads did the heavy lifting here, followed by a month-long rest to let everything settle. Old Perth Pedro Ximénez Limited Edition 2.0 was bottled at 54.3% ABV so it has a fair bit of power to it.
