Description
Perth was once the blending capital of the world and Old Perth pays homage to that with a series of limited-editon whiskies. This example was aged in palo cortado sherry casks.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Caramel Digestive Biscuits, apple, cinnamon, and orange peel.
Palate
Vanilla, honey, dried fruit, praline, and nutmeg.
Finish
Sherried wood and oatmeal biscuit.
