Old Perth Number 7 Release
From Morrison & MacKay, we present to you the seventh release of Old Perth blended malt! The whisky is named in honour of the city of Perth (the one in Scotland, obvs) and its association with awesome whisky blending. Fun fact, way back in the 12th century, Perth was known as a 'capital' of Scotland because of the frequent residence of the royal court. Go Perth!
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Maple syrup sweetness is balanced by cut grass herbaceous notes and toffee apple sweetness.
Palate
Chocolate-coated nuts and hints of dried kitchen herbs, with a good helping of floral honey.
Finish
Green leafy notes alongside honeycomb.
