The second batch of Old Perth blended malt Scotch whisky, made in the style of the classic expression from yesteryears. An excellent tribute to the wonderful city of Perth.

Good flavor profile, and well blended, apparently contains glenfidich and unpeated bruichladdich and you certainly get the glenfidich and in the nose bruichladdich. Also a slight drying if the throat. Speyside/highland style not too much on the nose, applies the main drift, peppery on the palette, develops a bit sweeter with a drop of water ( to much water washes it down making the finish even more lightweight.) imagine contains some old scotch (not old but older style), overall nice and easy going with water has a similar feel to a young tomintoul. Pity about he short finish or would rate it higher. But good value for money easy going dram.
