This is the first batch of Old Perth - a classically styled blended malt whisky from Morrison & MacKay. This is carefully blended a tribute to the city of Perth.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose Barley malt and hints of spice. Candy floss and toffee apples.

Palate Peppery, malty palate with gingerbread and stewed fruit.

Finish Spiced finish. Medium-long.

Overall A malty, easy-going dram.

Great Taste
I tasted this first release at the whisky fair "the village" in Nürnberg (Germany). All I can say is: Oh my gosh!
It has that strong aroma very much like a Chiva's Regal BUT of course this is at least one league above. It is so smooth and warm, you could almost drink it like lemonade to accompany you on a long evening with a book or a movie or so.
In my opinion, this is one of the best malts unter 50€. I love it.
